The Actiondrome is a founder member of the SKID CAR Association and we run courses to SCA Level 1 and Level 2.
Choose which is right for you:
Ideal for drivers to learn what happens to their car in bad weather, either new drivers or fleet drivers needing to brush up their skills. Duration about 1 hour, you will experience driving in rain and snow. A SKID CAR Association Level 1 course.
Price: £185.00 for up to 3 drivers
Comprehensive 2.5 - 3 hour course covering all aspects of coping safely in rain, snow and ice. From behind the wheel you will learn how to react if the car slides, how to regain control from a skid, and how to stop slippery roads causing an accident in the first place. And it's great fun too, an active present with a serious message. A SKID CAR Association Level 2 course.
Price: £99.00 per person
A gift voucher for a Skid Control & Prevention course gives peace of mind - you know they'll be safer in bad weather, they have great fun learning new skills. Vouchers are open-dated and valid for 12 months. Drivers can join our public courses on Saturdays year round.

We call it "Learn to drive at 16" but we can actually teach from 14 years old - and we don't stop there! If you're a new driver of any age, a driver returning to the roads or if you just want to brush up your skills away from traffic then this is for you.
